Shipping policy

Despite the new Consumer Rights Directive (VRRL) that came into force on June 13, 2014, we will continue to cover the costs of returns and exchanges for you within Germany. In this case, please request a return label from us beforehand (we cannot refund shipping costs for goods returned carriage forward). Only then can you order completely risk-free, because the shipping costs will also be credited in full. Returns from abroad must be paid for by yourself and will not be refunded.

From January 1, 2025, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. A free return label within and outside Germany can no longer be provided.

Shipping is only carried out by DHL. Bad and Bold bears the transport risk.

For deliveries to countries subject to customs duties, we cover the insurance of the goods, as well as any costs for accompanying documents. Item prices for deliveries to countries subject to customs duties are stated in the checkout process without VAT and customs duties. Please note that all import sales taxes, customs fees and processing fees are invoiced separately by DHL for each country. If you have any questions about the amount of taxes and fees applicable in your country, please send an email to our support team: [email protected]. Please note that you may have to pay foreign bank charges. Shipping costs, customs fees, import sales taxes and processing fees from DHL will not be refunded in the event of a return.
